One-Bowl Chocolate Chip Cookie
This recipe is for when you just need a freshly baked cookie cake situation. Chewy, warm, and a bit thicker than your average cookie, this 5 minute dessert lands somewhere between a chocolate chip cookie blondie and cookie cake.

Tbsp. melted butter

Tbsp. brown sugar

tsp. white granulated sugar

egg yolk

tsp. vanilla extract

tsp. cornstarch

tsp. baking powder

Pinch of kosher salt

cup of all-purpose flour

Handful or more chocolate chips

Necessary Knick-knacks

2 6oz. ramekins or a 16oz. baking dish

Preparation
Step 1

Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a small bowl. Stir in egg yolk and vanilla. Add cornstarch and baking powder and mix till no white lumps remain. 

Step 2

Mix in a pinch of salt, flour, and chocolate chips till no white streaks remain. Add dough to a buttered ramekin or small oven safe dish Bake at 350 F for 11-12 min, or until the center is baked to the touch or a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.
